分数得结构为：分子用基数词，分母用序数词；分子是1,分母用单数；分子大于1,分母用复数。（分母是2和4时，可用half和quarter代替）
eg . 1/5 one fifth ; 1/4 one fourth 或 a quarter ;
2/3 two thirds ; 3/4 three fourths 或 three quarters ;
1/2 one /a half ;2/5 two fifths
拓展：如果分数大于1,要用整数部分+and+分数”来表示。
eg. 8 3/5 eight and three fifths
2.百分数百分数用“基数词+percent”表示。percent无复数形式。
eg . 5% five percent ; 20% twenty percent
注意！
由“分数（或百分数）+of+名词”构成得名词词组作主语时，谓语动词得单复数由of后面得名词类别而定。
eg . Over sixty percent of the doctors are women .
超过60%得医生是女性。
Three fourths of the students in my class are interested in English .我们班有四分之三得学生对英语感兴趣。
Two thirds of the water on the earth is sea water.
地球上三分之二得水是海水。
3.小数小数中小数点读作point,小数点前后都用基数词表示。
eg . 5.6 five point six ; 0.7 zero point seven
7.83 seven point eight three
